At least in the dream, that is. Unfortunately, most of us find that letting our hair dry naturally produces frizz and flyaways. Or, to put it another way, a nightmare hairdo. So how about embracing your natural waves and taking a break from the traditional straight blow-dry for your hair?

Mask regularly:

The first step in preventing frizz and flyaways is to maintain your hair flexible and soft. At least once a week, use a deep wave weave mask, such as our recognizable Elasticizer. Apply it before going to sleep, then cover your waves with a microfibre turban and wear it all night. If your hair is dry, coarse, and porous, pick an Elasticizer Extreme. Other hair types ought to use a regular Elasticizer.

As usual, wash and condition your hair.

We advise washing your 4a hair daily, but if that’s not practical, wash as frequently as possible. Use the proper shampoo and conditioner for the texture of your hair first. Make sure you fully rinse all products out of your hair, so it doesn’t feel greasy or heavy.

Spray Indique’s leave-in conditioner, INDIQUE HAIR CARE ESSENTIALS Moisturizing Conditioner, into your wet, curly hair. This deep wave closure penetrating conditioner was created to enhance hydration without weighing down the hair and contains French Argan Oil. Depending on how long and thick your waves are, it can need up to 8 spritzes. Next, pick a styling product for curly or waved hair. We strongly suggest our Curl Activator. Pour a lot of it into your hair (3 to 5 pumps depending on length or thickness). With your fingers or a wide-toothed comb, go over it thoroughly.

Fold the Curls:

With your fingers, scrunch your curls of still-extremely-wet hair. Pay close attention to scrunching at the roots if your water wave hair tends to get flat at the top. While doing this, tilt your head back to add more volume.

Cover it:

Now, wrap a microfiber cloth around your waves to absorb extra moisture to lessen frizz.

Let dry in the air:

While you can use a diffuser to blow dry your body wave hair quickly, we believe natural waves look best achieved without one. Additionally, air-drying your hair is significantly gentler on your strands.  Just search for hair store near me to find best deep wave hair salons near you
