Singapore’s representative to the prestigious 71st Miss Universe pageant in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA this January will be elected tonight.
A total of 10 finalists will be vying for the title of Miss Universe Singapore 2022 and one of them will succeed Nandita Banna, last year’s winner and the country’s first Miss Universe semi-finalist in 34 years.

Who will be the next Miss Universe Singapore?
Amira Yunos – a graduate with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies.
Andrea Dias – a hospitality student.
Carissa Yap – a business student at the National University of Singapore.
Denissia Li Xia Delangle – currently pursuing a degree in social science (sociology).
Delvina Katerina Luther – a biomedical student and yoga lover.
Olivia Higgins – TV journalist and researcher who advocates for women in STEM. She also holds a master’s in research and media practice.
Priyanka Annuncia – entrepreneur and student of business law and criminology.
Sara Yong – a legal associate at a law firm.
Shien Tan – graduated top of her class in university and was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal on top of being on the Dean’s List.
Yvonne Sashirekha – works as a nurse while completing her nursing degree.
