The restaurant is surrounded by intricate terracotta statues, moss-covered walls, and lush greenery. The cafe has a beautiful outdoor area, which is the perfect spot to relax on a hot afternoon. The outdoor seating is arranged among tables that are nested amongst the crumbling clay heads of the statues. The sound of the fountains rushing in the background is also a pleasant addition to your visit.

This place is perfect for a quick respite from your day. You can enjoy tasty croissants, waffles with exotic fruits, and lemon meringue pie. It also has a garden-like display of entomology.
Artisan Cafe’s menu includes standard coffee drinks, but they also offer iced chocolate, matcha, Thai milk tea, and cocoa. You can also order a breakfast set. The cafe also offers pasta, salads, and sandwiches.
Cool Sky Cafe & Restaurant
Located in Nong Hoi, Cool Sky Cafe is a stylish and relaxing place to hang out. This cafe offers good prices and friendly staff. It’s easy to reach by using Grab or Indrive.
Cool Sky Cafe has a relaxing vibe and plenty of open space. The interior is decorated with black and white decor. There’s a garden in the back of the cafe that feels like the back garden of a mansion.

The cafe boasts a massive garden that is best enjoyed on a sunny day. The best part about the cafe is that it’s also a family friendly place, a feat that is rare in the old city.
Magokoro Teahouse
Located in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the Magokoro Teahouse & Matcha Cafe is part of the Meejai Hai Matcha group. It is a 4.5 star rated cafe in a prime location near Wat Chai Mong Khon. It’s a Japanese specialty teahouse and confectionery store, with a small, but friendly staff. It’s also the only place in Chiang Mai that serves the highly coveted Matcha Latte.
The cafe has a well designed garden in the rear of the establishment, with a white curtain that allows the sun to spill into the room. There are also dry flowers in vases surrounding the building. It’s certainly a pleasant place to sip tea, relax and read a book.
Old House Cafe
Located in Chiang Mai’s ancient city, the Old House Cafe has a homey feel. The building started as a white wooden house and was transformed into a cafe. The quaint cafe is rarely crowded.
The building was originally the residence of the Japanese commander. It was later used as a hotel and restaurant. In 1917, the British Consulate built a new building to replace the old one. The building remained a focal point for the society of Chiang Mai. During World War II, the building was closed.
