I’ve seen many tiny houses on wheels, but this one has to be my all-time favorite! This beautiful tiny house on wheels is gorgeous from the outside, but it’s what you see on the inside that makes it my new favorite. It’s one of those projects where everything looks like it was custom made because it was! You can tell that whoever built this home put their heart and soul into the project and I love the attention to detail that was put into every inch of it, from the flooring to the furniture to the whimsical decor.

The Cottage Layout

This tiny house on wheels is the perfect example of a small cottage-style home. The design includes a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and loft bedroom. The kitchen has plenty of storage space, and the bathroom has a deep bathtub with an overhead shower. Upstairs you’ll find a cozy loft bedroom with enough space for a queen-sized bed and dresser. There’s also an amazing skylight that floods the room with natural light. This tiny house is the epitome of rustic chic style!

Wood Plank Flooring

For the flooring, we went with wood planks. They’re easy to install and are perfect for this tiny home on wheels. Plus, they look so adorable! We used a Minwax Wood Finish that is made just for hardwoods—it’s available in a variety of colors, including natural and cherry. We used liquid nails to attach the planks down. It’s important that you don’t skimp on the glue—you need enough of it to make sure the planks don’t shift when you walk across them. We also used a nail gun to secure everything together and ensure our floor was sturdy before we moved anything inside.

Picket Fence Porch

It’s a tiny home on wheels, and it has all the best design ideas! Built by Greg Klassen, this tiny house is inspired by the picket fence porch. It’s an adorable project that includes a wealth of DIY tips. Take a look at how he created his own green roof, how to install wood floors, and even how to build a shower with recycled materials! This is one of the most adorable tiny houses we’ve ever seen.

Outdoor Wood Stove

This is the cutest little tiny home on wheels I’ve ever seen. The owners are a young family who wanted to live a simpler, more self-sufficient lifestyle and this was their solution. It’s perfect for them because they’re able to store all their belongings and it doesn’t take up as much space as a traditional house or apartment would. Plus, living in such a small space forces you to be creative and find storage solutions that work for you.

Large Windows Throughout

Insulating your walls is one of the first steps in building a tiny house. It’s important to use the right kind of insulation to ensure that your tiny house stays warm in winter and cool in summer. The type of insulation you choose will depend on where you live, but common options include:

-Dow Thermax (1 thick) -Mineral wool board (2 thick) -Fiberglass batt insulation (3 thick) -Expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels (3/4) -Rigid foam sheets such as XPS or Polyisocyanurate foam boards.

Insulated Walls

I love how the windows are a fundamental part of this tiny house design. They make it feel so open and inviting, which is perfect for a place that will be your home. The large windows also provide plenty of natural light to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Solar Panels for Electricity

Tiny houses on wheels are becoming increasingly popular, but to stay off the grid, a tiny house would require a different energy source. The best option for tiny homes is solar panels. Solar panels can produce enough electricity to power an entire home and they’re efficient with space as well. They use little room and don’t require any sort of upkeep. Plus, they’re easy to install in a tiny house!

Pergola Above Bed Platform

Decorating a truck bed is just as easy as decorating a house. However, some modifications need to be made to the truck so that it’s able to provide shelter and comfort. To create an outdoor space with a pergola above the bed platform, you’ll need to do the following:

-Purchase 2x6s, plywood or composite decking material that is 3/4 thick or less

-Cut two pieces of wood (1’x8′) for the front edge of the pergola top -Cut two pieces of wood (2’x6′) for the back edge of the pergola top

-Cut three pieces of wood (1’x4′) for each side frame.

Colorful Flags

This is the cutest tiny house I have ever seen! It’s perfect for a vacation home, or even a starter home in an urban area. In any case, it would be really cool to wake up in this little house every morning.

The exterior is painted white with some black trim and shutters that give it a very quaint look. I love the way the white contrasts against the dark green of the mossy roof and how it’s framed by all of that lush green foliage surrounding it.

Inside, you’ll find two bright bedrooms with light blue accents (perfect for those summer days) and plenty of windows to let in lots of light.
