Myth# 1 It’s much cheaper to hire offshore developers also original devs

Now this isn’t the case any more. TopTal charges$ 80 –$ 200 an hour for top 3 devs. Of course you may not need the top 3, perhaps you’re ok with the top 30, in which case you still need to pay at least$ 40 —$ 60 an hour($ 85K —$ 110K a time).
Indeed at the smallest payment it’ll be around$ 85K a time. The Avg payment of a Full mound inventor in the US is around$ 110K, so now it’s only around 20 savings compared to 60 that was ahead.
Myth# 2 Good coastal inventors are easy to find
There are plenitude of websites like Upwork, Freelancer,etc. that pledge to get you the best offshore developers and snappily. But out of 100s of aspirants you may find one good one or none at all.
lately I was looking for a Full mound C# inventor for a small design.
Top position conditions were
- 6 times in. NET
- fluent english
- full time
I went to Upwork and posted a design. Coming day I had 80 aspirants. So far so good. I went through biographies and named 20 aspirants that sounded like a good fit.
After 2 weeks of canvassing then are my results
- 5 did n’t show up to interview
- 5 spoke veritably bad english
- 4 did n’t have sufficient chops
- 3 weren’t who they said they were
- 2 were fronts for agencies
- 1 was good fit technically, but he said he has numerous other projs he wants to continue
So in the end I ended up with no inventor and I wasted 2 weeks.
Using Upwork or analogous spots is just one of the ways to hire offshore developers. It isn’t a veritably good way. A much better approach is to find an expert with numerous times of experience working with coastal inventors who have plenitude of successful systems under their belt. Someone who can set up the root in your company to work with coastal inventors.
